The DREAM-group is an independent institution with the main purpose of developing, maintaining and performing economic analysis with the ecomomic model Danish Rational Economic Agents Model, DREAM.
DREAM is a dynamic computable general equilibrium (CGE) model with overlapping generations of households, that plan their behavior consistent with rational expectations.
With focus on longrun evaluations of fiscal policy we have developed a model for population forecasting, which on a disaggregate level forecasts the population across origin. The population forecast is in this model based on estimation of the age-, gender-, og origin-dependent frequencies for birth, death and migration.
